A Professional Management Staff
The property management activity of every AMO® firm is supervised and directed by a Certified Property Manager (CPM®). The CPM® designation is the most widely recognized and respected property management designation among institutional investors, and is only attained by individuals who complete extensive course studies and who have met experience
requirements in both fiscal and operation management.
Integrity and Ethics
ConsensYs abides by a strictly enforced, formal Code of Ethics established by IREM®, which regulates relationships between ConsensYs and its clients. In addition, this Code of Ethics controls our promotional, advertising, and operational procedures.
Financial Stability
Each AMO® firm not only undergoes an independent financial review, but must meet IREM’s® high standards in asset/liability ratios and accounting procedure. Since 1965, the owners of ConsensYs Property Management have met the challenges of the dynamic property management market.
Insurance Protection
AMO® firms are required to obtain three types of insurance; broad form money and securities insurance, depositor’s forger and alterations insurance, and a fidelity bond. ConsensYs takes pride in meeting these stringent insurance protection requirements.
Reaccreditation
AMO® firms must be reaccredited every three years. The accreditation policy ensures that all AMO® firms continually satisfy the requirements for membership and thus maintain the high standards of the AMO® program.
